  • Application Support: educon assists you in the application process but does not guarantee admission. The final decision rests with the educational institution.
  • Rejection or Delay: educon is not responsible for any rejection or delay. Additional fees may apply depending on the institution or service.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Processing and support fees — including visa, translation, or airport reception — are non-refundable.
  • Re-Application: Additional fees may apply if you wish to apply to another institution.
  • Admission Deferral: An administrative fee of SAR 100 per language applies, in addition to any fees charged by the institution.
  • Official Communication: educon communicates only through official and verified channels.
  • Academic Follow-Up: We provide post-admission support to the best extent possible.
  • Acceptance of Terms: Submitting the application means you agree to all of the above terms.

2. Registration Policy — educon

Registration Steps

  1. Program Selection: Browse available programs and choose the one that suits you best (language programs, summer camps, etc.).
  2. Data Entry: Enter all required information accurately as it appears in your passport or official documents.
  3. Document Upload: Upload essential documents (valid passport, personal photo, and any institution-specific requirements).
  4. Fee Payment: Make the payment through the approved payment methods on our platform.
  5. Admission Processing: Once your application and payment are received, our team will contact the institution to complete your admission or confirm your booking.

Important Notes

  • The institution may request additional documents, an interview, or a placement test.
  • Any missing or incorrect information may delay processing or result in rejection.
  • By submitting your application, you agree to the Terms, Fee & Non-Refund Policy (if applicable), and the educon Privacy Policy.

Estimated Processing Time (Non-Binding)

Initial Review: Within 24–48 business hours.
Admission Confirmation or Booking: Within 3–7 business days after all documents and payments are completed.
If any documents are missing or updates are required, processing time will pause until all requirements are met.
